"I bought some Cargo Shorts from Rip Curl. They identified M as 32-34. I am a size 32. The shorts were very small and not even a 32 much less a 34. I asked to return them and they charged me a $12 “restocking fee” on a $65 item. This is unacceptable and greedy. Rip Curl lost a long time customer."
