Great product/ Late shipment
"I purchased a wetsuit for a very important occasion and paid extra for two-day shipping to ensure it would arrive on time. Unfortunately, the product did not arrive within the promised timeframe, which was extremely disappointing given the importance of the event. Timely delivery was the primary reason I chose to order directly and pay for expedited shipping. When that commitment is not met, it defeats the purpose of paying the additional cost. That said, I do appreciate that Rip Curl provided a return label and refunded the expedited shipping fee. The resolution process was handled properly, and customer service responded appropriately once the issue occurred. Overall, while I value the brand and the quality of their products, reliability in shipping — especially when customers pay extra for guaranteed delivery — is critical. I hope improvements are made in logistics to prevent this from happening in the future."
