No quality control

"My pair turned up with gaping faulty stitching on the front. . . yes, right where my manhood sits. First, the quality control is inadequate. Second, I bought these for a trip I'm about to depart on, and Rip Curl's poor QC is leaving me without swimmers to take. And third, I've been told I have to return the faulty product to be able to start the replacement process. Having to package them up and take them to a post office is not convenient for me when it is entirely their fault. I sent a photo of the faulty product, I literally just received them that day, just send another decent pair so I can throw these duds in the bin!"
