Wrong Size Sent

"I specifically ordered these because they were available in a size 29. Which is my perfect size and is rarely offered. I was not happy when I was sent a size 28. I was going to exchange them for the size I ordered but Rip Curl no longer have stock. I've decided to keep them as I can just fit into a size 28 but they are generally a bit tight which gives no room for any natural weight fluctuations."
