Shipping Policy

*Please note that some orders may incur a duty or customs charge. Rip Curl are unable to advise this at the time of purchase. All related duties and customs charges are to be paid by the customer.*

We use Australia Post Express Courier International (ECI) services for deliveries to New Zealand as they provide a completely traceable and secure service. Orders placed before 1pm each working day will be shipped the same day with delivery generally several days later pending your location, see below.

Standard shipping charge is $0.00 , for bulky/heavy items a different shipping charge may apply. See below.

Bulky/Heavy items

All shipping is subject to volume and weight and in some instances the freight charge may be greater than the standard freight charge of $0.00 . You will be notified this at the point of purchase.


We strongly recommend that you provide a work address as the package will need to be signed for.

Track you order

When your order is shipped we will send you an email notifying you that it has been dispatched and provide you with a unique tracking number.

You can then track the delivery of your parcel by visiting the Australia Post website and entering your tracking number.

If you're not home when Australia Post attempts delivery they will leave you card indicating the option for another delivery time or alternatively direct you to your local Post Office where you may pick up the parcel.

Returns Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us following the procedure outlined below within 14 days of receipt - in the condition that you received it (not worn or used and including all tags and packaging, together with invoice/proof of purchase) - and we will issue you a full refund for the product.

If for any reason you would like to return product to us please follow the simple instructions below:

  1. Complete the Returns Authorization (RA) form online. You will receive an exclusive RA number via email from a customer service representative.
  2. Pack all items together with a copy of your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and clearly mark on the invoice and packaging your exclusive RA number and "Att. Estore".
  3. Clearly address your package to the address below, making sure you cover or remove original shipping label.
  4. Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Returns due to change of mind are only allowed when the product is returned in as-new condition and not used, worn, marked or damaged.
  5. Returns for change of mind must be received within 14 days of RA number being supplied.
  6. For security and peace of mind we strongly suggest insured registered post as we are not liable for lost return parcels.
  7. We are responsible for all freight charges for returns of faulty goods. In any other situation the customer is responsible for all related freight charges.

Please allow approximately one week for the processing of your return once received. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.

Returns that do not follow the above procedures will not be accepted.

Return of boxed or packaged goods

If you are wanting to exchange or return boxed or packaged goods, they must be returned to us in the original unmarked packaging & in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel and do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to do any exchanges or refunds on any underwear or earrings.
