We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us following the procedure outlined below within 14 days of receipt - in the condition that you received it (not worn or used and including all tags and packaging, together with invoice/proof of purchase) - and we will issue you a full refund for the product.
If for any reason you would like to return product to us please follow the simple instructions below:

Complete the Returns Authorization (RA) form online. You will receive an exclusive RA number via email from a Customer Service representative. *This is only for Online Purchases* |
| 2. | Pack all items together with a copy of your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and clearly mark on the invoice and packaging your exclusive RA number and “Att. Estore”. |
| 3. | Clearly address your package to the address below, making sure you cover or remove original shipping label. |
| 4. | Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Returns due to change of mind are only allowed when the product is returned in as-new condition and not used, worn, marked or damaged. |
| 5. | Returns for change of mind must be received within 14 days of RA number being supplied. |
| 6. | For security and peace of mind we strongly suggest insured registered post as we are not liable for lost return parcels. |
| 7. | We are responsible for all freight charges for returns of faulty goods. In any other situation the customer is responsible for all related freight charges. |
